Planning Packages
Full Wedding Coordination
Working closely with you to plan your dream wedding, this package is designed from beginning to end. A certified wedding coordinator will work with you every step of the way to create a wedding that is right for you. We will assist you with:
- Vendor meetings, negotiation, contract review, and confirmation
- Budget and schedule management
- Theme development and direction
- Wedding rehearsal and dinner assistance
- Wedding day on-site supervision and set-up
- Manage final vendor payments/gratuities
- Gift coordination
Day-of Coordination
Ensuring that you can enjoy your special day, this package is designed to take care of the details. A wedding professional will be there on your wedding day to take care of the logistics. The following services are included:
- Meeting with clients prior to wedding day
- Wedding rehearsal assistance
- Wedding day on-site supervision and set-up
- Manage final vendor payments/gratuities
- Gift coordination
Custom Consulting
As every wedding and every couple is unique, this package offers as much or as little help as you need. Custom Consulting can range from hourly consultation, picking up the details or additional services. Hourly consultation is excellent for getting a start on things, such as vendor referrals and money saving tips. We also offer packages to couples that feel overwhelmed with the details of their wedding and need help to finalize the plans. Additional services are also available, including bridal showers and the day-after brunch.
